Who can argue, the wins have come in that sector almost exclusively (exception: Dell) - Tivoli (acq by IBM), DAZEL (acq. by HP), Waveset (acq by Sun), Motive (??), Vignette (? content management) ... and now the next wave -- Alterpoint, FiveRuns, SailPoint and Spiceworks.

Should be the wake-up call for entreprenuers - fix those powerpoints to be management of something and you increase the chance of getting funded in Austin.
