We have an attempted IPO about to go down here in Austin. Looking to raise approximately $65M, semiconductor company Wintegra set their strike price at $14 to $16 a share, but then backed it down to $12 to $14. They're looking for a $300M valuation on $20M ttm. Best of luck. We need a good Austin IPO.
